What the 1-Year Hydraulic Warranty Covers and How to Claim It

Most people read a warranty page once, at the time of buying, and never again until something starts leaking. That's usually the worst moment to be working out what it actually says.

So here it is in plain language. The hydraulic attachments we build at Ashok Metal Works in Vidisha, from graders and loaders to dozers, a crane and a hydraulic plough, come with a 1-year hydraulic warranty. If something goes wrong with the hydraulics and nobody has deliberately damaged it, we sort it out. Below is exactly what that means, which machines it covers, and what to do if you ever need it.

What Our 1-Year Hydraulic Warranty Covers

The hydraulic warranty covers three parts of your grader attachment:

Part

What it does on the grader

💧 Hydraulic hoses

Carry oil between the tractor and the grader's cylinders

🎛️ Control valve

Directs that oil, so you can adjust the blade when you pull the lever

🔧 Hydraulic cylinder

Does the pushing: blade lift, tilt and rotation

On a grader, the blade adjustment is hydraulic. On a loader, it's the lift and the bucket. On a dozer, it's the blade lift. These three parts sit behind almost every movement you make from the seat. A hose that weeps, a valve that sticks, a cylinder that won't hold its position: these are the problems the warranty is there for.

The condition attached to all of it is a single one, and we'll come to it next.

Which Machines Carry the 1-Year Hydraulic Warranty

It isn't only the graders. The hydraulic warranty applies across the hydraulic attachments we make:

Machine

Models

Single Pin Tractor Grader, Double Pin Tractor Grader, Four Wheel Tractor Grader, Grader Attachment for backhoe loaders

Agri Loader, Husk / Straw Loader, Construction Loader

Tractor Dozer, in 2355 mm (7'9") and 2621 mm (8'6")

TRACHY Tractor Mounted Crane

Post Hole Digger (PHD), Pole Erector (PE), and the combined PHD + PE unit

Hydraulic Reversible Plough

Not sure whether your machine is on the list, or you bought an older model? Call us, and we'll check.

The One Test: No Clear Intentional Physical Damage

When you report a problem, we ask two questions. Is it one of the three covered parts: hydraulic hose, control valve or hydraulic cylinder? And is there any sign of clear intentional physical damage?

Normal failures are not intentional damage. Hoses wear. Seals age. Valves stick. Those happen on honestly used machines, and that's exactly the situation a warranty exists for. What falls outside it is damage someone has clearly done on purpose, such as a hose that's been cut or a cylinder that's been deliberately hit or bent.

The word that matters there is clear. If it looks like ordinary wear or an ordinary fault, it's a warranty case.

How to Claim Your Hydraulic Warranty

It's a short process, and it starts with a phone call, not a form.

⚠️ 1. Stop working with the faulty part. If a hose is leaking or the blade, bucket, or boom is drifting, park the machine. Running it on makes the problem bigger and the job messier.

📞 2. Contact us. Call or WhatsApp +91 9993054606/9425149002/6, or write to info@ashokmetalworks.com.

📋 3. Tell us what you're seeing. The model you bought from us, which part is giving trouble (hose, control valve or cylinder), and what's happening. Photos or a short video help a lot if you can send them.

🔍 4. We check it against the test. Is it a hydraulic hose, control valve or cylinder? Any sign of clear intentional physical damage?

✅ 5. Approved. If it passes, the claim is approved.

What Happens After Your Hydraulic Warranty Claim Is Approved

Once a claim meets the test, that's the end of the conditions. We don't add a list of extra requirements on top.

We mention it because plenty of warranties are written the other way round: a promise on the front page and a stack of conditions you only discover when you claim. Ours is meant to be simple. Covered part, no clear intentional damage, approved.

Why the Hydraulic Warranty Matters on Every Attachment

Take the tractor grader attachment. Its hydraulics are simpler than those on a motor grader, and that's a big part of why it's low maintenance. There is less to go wrong. But on every attachment we make, the parts that do the work- the hoses, the valve and the cylinders- are working all day in dust, vibration and mud.

That's why we cover those first. And if you ever need a part, we offer spare parts and after-sales support too.

Before You Buy Any Machine: Four Questions Worth Asking

Whoever you're buying from, ask these about their hydraulic warranty:

🔎 Which hydraulic parts exactly are covered?

🔎 What is the one condition, in plain words?

🔎 How do I make a claim, and who do I call?

🔎 Are there extra conditions after the claim is approved?

If the answers come back vague, take that as an answer too.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How long is the hydraulic warranty on your attachments?

A: Our hydraulic attachments come with a 1-year hydraulic warranty. That includes our graders, loaders, dozers, tractor-mounted crane, post hole diggers and pole erectors, and hydraulic reversible plough.

Q: What does the hydraulic warranty cover?

A: It covers a problem with the hydraulic hoses, the control valve or the hydraulic cylinder, as long as there is no sign of clear intentional physical damage.

Q: What isn't covered by the hydraulic warranty?

A: A claim that shows clear intentional physical damage doesn't meet the warranty criteria. If you're unsure whether something falls under the warranty, call us and describe what you're seeing.

Q: Do I need to show maintenance records to claim?

A: No. If the problem is with the hydraulic hoses, control valve or hydraulic cylinder and there is no sign of clear intentional physical damage, the claim is approved and we don't ask for further conditions.

Q: How do I make a hydraulic warranty claim?

A: Call or WhatsApp +91 9993054606, or email info@ashokmetalworks.com. Tell us which part has the problem and what you're seeing, and we'll check it against the warranty criteria.

Q: What should I send when I report a hydraulic problem?

A: Send the model you bought from us, the part that's giving trouble (hose, control valve or cylinder), a short description of what's happening, and photos or a short video if you can. It helps us look at the problem quickly.

Q: Which Ashok Metal Works machines have the hydraulic warranty?

A: The single pin, double pin and four-wheel tractor graders; the grader attachment for backhoe loaders, the construction, agri and husk or straw loaders; the tractor dozer; the TRACHY tractor-mounted crane; the post hole digger; the pole erector and combined PHD and PE unit; and the hydraulic reversible plough.

Q: Do you provide spare parts and after-sales support?

A: Yes. Spare parts and after-sales support are part of what we offer with our attachments. Call or WhatsApp +91 9425149002 or email info@ashokmetalworks.com.
